According to the new National Standard for Elevator Technical Conditions, which will be implemented on March 1, the door opening and closing time for passenger elevators should not exceed 3.2 seconds. The new standard also strictly regulates elevator noise and other aspects. At present, the provincial quality supervision department is organizing elevator production and installation enterprises to improve the corresponding equipment.
The new "National Standard" stipulates that if the passenger elevator is a mid-point automatic door, the door opening and closing time should not exceed 3.2 seconds; if it is a side opening automatic door, the door opening and closing time should not exceed 3.7 seconds. At the same time, the new “National Standard” strictly distinguishes elevator noise. According to regulations, the maximum noise value of a passenger elevator with a rated speed of 2.5 meters per second or less should not exceed 55 decibels during operation; a passenger elevator with a rated speed between 2.5 and 6 meters per second, during operation The maximum internal noise value should not exceed 60 dB; during the door opening and closing process of all passenger elevators, the maximum noise value should not exceed 65 dB. The new standard specifically proposes that the elevator car should be equipped with an alarm device that is easy for passengers to identify and reach.
